In the spring, Enrolment Services will begin sending registration information to all students who have accepted an offer of admission. The Registration Guide for New Students will help you prepare for your first semester as a U of G student. It includes information about course registration and will help you find resources, explore financial aid options and pay your fees. Important dates and deadlines related to course selection and fee payments will also be included. Alternatively, you can refer to the Schedule of Dates in the Undergraduate Calendar.
All students register in courses through WebAdvisor, the University’s online registration system, during the appropriate course selection period. Web Advisor allows you to add and drop courses, view your class schedule, final exam schedule and grades, access your financial statements and more!
Student Financial Services provides services and resources to support students in a wide range of financial matters, including billing, payments, financial literacy, financial counselling and financial aid- scholarship, bursaries and government loans.
Late July: You will be able to view your bill on WebAdvisor; just follow the “Account View” link. Your account summary will provide you with a detailed breakdown of tuition, compulsory fees and other charges (residence and meal plans); payments received; University scholarships and bursaries; your OSAP funding directed to your account (if applicable); and the balance owing to the University. Review your account often.
August 12, 2022:
A minimum, non-refundable deposit payment of $200 to the University of Guelph must be submitted by the close of business on August 12, 2022 to hold your selected courses and to select new courses. The $200 payment completes the registration process; without it you may be removed from your selected courses. At this time, you have the option of making either a full payment or a minimum, non-refundable registration deposit of $200.
