  • Application deadline for currently enrolled Ontario high school students to be considered for first round of offers.
January 25
  • President's Scholarships application deadline date.
  • Chancellors' Scholarships application deadline date.
  • Lincoln Alexander Scholarships application deadline date.
      February 15
      • Deadline for applications for students studying outside of Canada. 
      March 1
      • Deadline for undergraduate applications to Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC).
      • Deadline for students studying outside of Canada to submit their application and academic documents (including English Proficiency). No exceptions or extensions for BLA.
      • IRES International Registrar's Entrance Award application deadline date.
      • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Background Information Form (BIF) deadline for all currently registered high school students.
      March 25
      • Campus Day for applicants event, offering prospective students a full-day introduction to the University of Guelph.
      April 1
      • Deadline for Supplemental Student Profile Form for Students with Disabilities.
      April 15
      • Official transcript deadline for all high school applicants not currently enrolled in secondary school.
      • Official transcript deadline for high school students from provinces other than Ontario.
      • Proof of English Proficiency for applicants applying from a Canadian high school system deadline.
      • Financial Need Assessment Form for Entrance Awards deadline.
      • Deadline to amend your application to be considered equally for all programs (except BLA).
      • Entrance Scholarships deadline for scholarships that require an application.
      April 28
      •  Deadline for all official grades to be submitted from your high school (for those currently enrolled in an Ontario high school).
      Late April to Mid-May
      • Registration and course selection information sent by Enrolment Services to students who accept offers of admission.
      May 1
      • Deadline for Student Profile Form (SPF) (students currently enrolled in a Canadian high school).
      • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Background Information Form (BIF) deadline for college and university transfer students.
      • Deadline application date for college and university transfer students.
      May 27
      • If you receive a deferred decision (you were not admitted on the basis of mid-term grades), you should arrange to have final grade information sent to University of Guelph Admission Services as soon as it is available. You will be considered for admission to programs only where space is available and may be required to possess an admission average higher than those required in previous rounds.
      June 1
      • Deadline to accept offer of admission through OUAC.
      • Deadline for residence application and $750 deposit.
      • Document deadline date for college and university transfer applicants for most programs for Fall 2018 entry.
      August
      • Residence room assignments mailed by Student Housing.
