"It’s tough to balance your schedule with practice, workouts, games and classes but for me it was all about finding a routine. I spent a year and a half in the Student Athlete Mentorship Program which helped me get organized. In this program I was paired with a mentor who happened to be an upper year varsity hockey athlete, so it was easy to relate to them. They helped me figure out how to manage my time and prepare for assignments. I highly recommend this program to future gryphon athletes."
