What attracted you to the University of Guelph?

The overall campus feel makes me like a a person, not a number. Also the facilities such as the brand new athletic centre and the excellent res food!

What attracted you to your program at U of G?

I always knew I would be good in a law type or political program, also in case I wanted to go to law school I thought it would be a great fit.

What is something COOL that you’ve learned from your program/studies so far?

The overall different theories that help shape Canadian and international law! It is fascinating finding out their origins.

What has been (or is) your favorite course in your program?

Favourite course in my program is definitely POLS3410 US politics and Government. It is a class not only speaking about the history of US politics but also dives into real-time practical current events.

What are you most excited about this year?

I am most excited about finishing off my third year on a high note with excellent grades, a healthy mindset and hopefully an internship for the summer!

What are your (current) post-graduate plans, or goals?

I would like to take a post grad in Marketing or PR as the industry I would love to go in is digital media and marketing. My second option would be going to Law school and pursuing to be a Sports and entertainment lawyer!

Best piece of advice you wish you could have given yourself in Grade 12

Not everything had to be figured out in high school. Academics is a journey and you should never have to rush your decisions.
