Happy Tuesday Future Gryphons! With the COVID-19 virus causing our events and tours to be cancelled for the time being, we have been working hard to create some options for you to get more information about the University of Guelph and the program(s) you applied to.

This week we are introducing Program Specific webinars. Visit our Events page to learn more and to register for a webinar.

Learn about a wide variety of topics

We have designed the webinars to ensure that they cover the topics you’re curious about including:

  • Our Admission plan,
  • Finance information,
  • Student services,
  • Program specific details,
  • and general student experience.

Hear from Faculty and Current Students

The webinars will be hosted by individuals who can give you the most accurate information because it comes from their personal experience. We’ll have Admission Services staff speak about our admission plan and where we are currently at in the cycle. We’ll then have current students talk about their student experience.

Narrow down your Choices

If you’ve applied to or been accepted to more than one program at the University of Guelph, this is your chance to learn as much as you can to make an informed decision. Maybe you applied to both Animal Biology and Zoology and want to ask about the differences. Maybe you applied to Criminal Justice and Public Policy, received an alternate offer and want to learn about our other Arts majors.

Tune into as many webinars as you wish and get all of the facts before you make a decision.

Ask any questions you have

Every webinar will finish with a question and answer period where you will have the opportunity to ask anything you are curious about.

Attend as many as you want

You can register for as many webinars as you would like. This ensures that if you have applied to more than one program at the U of G, you can watch all the webinars you are interested in.

Webinars begin this week with the Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management webinar taking place on Thursday at 2:00 pm. For a full list of the webinars and their dates you can visit the webinars webpage. If you have any questions you can follow us on social media and ask us anything!

Stay safe Future Gryphons!
