The Summerlee Science Complex, the heart of the BSc program at the U of G, is North America's largest integrated teaching and research facility.

All U of G students can join over 200+ on-campus clubs!  BSc students may be particularly interested in science-specific organizations like the Physics and Astronomy Club which in September 2019, set the Guinness World Record for the largest creation of “Elephant Toothpaste”.

In September 2019, Professor John Fryxell was named a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, which is Canada's highest academic honour. John Fryxell teaches within the Department of Integrative Biology.
