2. Select "Create Your Account"
3. Complete your quick profile
4. Adjust your “communication preferences” under “settings”
Note: Currently, this service only supports undergraduate inquiries from domestic (Canadian) applicants. If you are an international applicant, please check out our International Unibuddy webpage.

Response Time: Please note that this service is not a live chat. Our Unibuddy student ambassadors and staff will aim to respond within 24 hours. Please avoid sending the same messages to multiple profiles at the same time.
The Unibuddy platform is intended to provide a venue for prospective students to ask University of Guelph student ambassadors questions regarding the University’s student experience or academic programs. Prospective students and other users of this platform should not disclose personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal contact information. Communications between prospective students and student ambassadors should only take place using the Unibuddy platform.
Collection, Use and Retention of Personal Information by University of Guelph
The University will collect personal information provided through the Unibuddy platform as outlined in Unibuddy’s Terms and Conditions. The University will use the collected personal information to manage and enhance our student recruitment services and processes. The University will retain personal data collected through the Unibuddy system for no more than three years.
